Banana Leaf Mahi Mahi

4 1 inch thick mahi-mahi filets

4 banana leaves

ginger, chopped

garlic, minced

lime juice

cilantro

sesame oil

coconut milk

Lay the mahi on a banana leaf with ginger, garlic, cilantro and lime juice. Pour coconut milk over filet and a few drops sesame oil.
Tie banana leaf closed then steam in oven (375F )or on the grill for 10-15 minutes.
